About this role:

Seeking an Inverter Product Support Specialist. This person will be responsible for understanding customer needs and developing quick and accurate quotations of central inverter product.  You will also manage logistics for factory startup while maintaining clear and consistent customer communication and assist with internal tool and procedural flow to produce systems that meet customer expectations in terms of functionality and timeliness.  Responsible for supporting and collaborating with internal and external customers in product support, application, and technical questions.  The job will require awareness of customer pain points and market trends to apply towards participation in marketing and technical development of products and services

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with customer representatives to understand needs, provide sales support, and prepare quotations and other documentation materials that explain products and services to other inside quotation team members and lighting representatives.
  • Provide application & technical support to customer representatives and sales teams
  • Supporting internal processes to deliver accurate product and meet customer expectations
  • Ensuring continuous improvement by supporting process improvement and participating in development of new products and enhancements

Required experience:

  • Associates degree or technical degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience required.
  • Electrical aptitude including knowledge of electrical phases and circuits, panel schedules, etc.
  • Strong background in customer support
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
  • Preferred experience in lighting, lighting controls, emergency systems, and manufacturing
