Job Summary

 

The senior marketing specialist plays a key role in helping Atrius drive website traffic, engage our social communities, and deliver personalized, highly optimized email campaigns. The ideal candidate has a knack for enhancing digital experiences with customer centric stories and an analytical mindset focused on continuous optimization.

We’re looking for a person who wants to join a growing team with a desire to display superior execution while playing a critical role in our overall marketing strategy. This role also provides excellent opportunities for growth in other areas of marketing including content development, advertising, website development, and digital marketing best practices.

This position sits within Acuity’s Atrius SaaS product brand and reports to the Director of Marketing for Atrius.

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Assist the marketing team in creating and executing marketing campaigns to support sales growth and brand awareness goals.
  • Design and implement clear, high-quality HTML based email campaigns and nurture  programs
  • Optimize our web pages with SEO best practices to increase traffic, conversions, and other key metrics
  • Creating high converting marketing copy for a variety of uses including email campaigns, advertising, website landing pages, and more
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative service agency to create digital assets to support marketing campaigns
  • Manage our social media presence by maintaining a regular schedule of high quality, diverse content posts and engagement with industry relevant posts
  • Assist with data governance and lead lifecycle management programs

We’d Love to Talk if You Have:

 

  • 5+ years of experience within a digital marketing, content marketing, or related role
  • Experience writing and optimizing copy for digital programs
  • Hands on experience managing paid search and paid social tactics, leveraging key tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar social advertising platforms
  • Experience with SEO and optimizing web pages
  • Experience with buyers’ journeys and content marketing best practices
  • Experience conducting keyword research, building ad-groups, optimizing campaigns, and running programmatic display
