Job summary


We are recruiting a Customer Care (F/M) for our company located in Eindhoven.


Responsible for assisting business unit in providing customers with the best possible service by responding to a broad range of customer needs. Responsible for managing orders proactively with agencies in an effort to satisfy our customers to the fullest.  Participate in Kaizens and/or training events to strive for continuous improvement and standard work within the company


The Customer care [SR1] reports to the Focus Factory Manager.

Key tasks & responsibilities


  1. manage customer orders and the customer’s expectations with regards to delivery, quality, and other key requirements. Respond to critical customer requirements within 4 hours.
  2. follows orders from entry to delivery to ensure a positive customer experience and on time delivery.
  3. Any problems that occur within that order are taken care of with a sense of urgency to satisfy the customer to the fullest.


  1. Coordinate with operations team to gather relevant information and communicate customer requirements
  2. Participate in Kaizen events which foster the creation of standard work which works to continuously improve the company, setting us apart from our competitors.


Qualifications Work Experience

  • 1 to 3 years plus the skills/education listed below.


  • Organizational skills – prioritize
  • A strong focus to details. 
  • Analytical and problem solving skills - Identifying critical situations and responding to them in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication skills in English  (verbal and written)
  • Using keen judgment and selecting solutions from team members before making critical decisions.
