Acuity Brands Lighting Direct sales representative covering the Mexico City territory.   Experienced Sales Professional should have at least 5 years in the Electrical Industry. 
Achieve the assigned sales goals and position’s KPIs designated by ABL Mexico’s commercial sales director.


 Provide service and technical/commercial support to distributors, contractors, and end users.
 To present, train and specify ABL’s product portfolio.
 To support and elaborate lighting calculations and lighting designs.
 To generate and maintain the project pipeline requested by the commercial director.
 To generate, manage, follow up and close new business opportunities.
 Load and maintain up to date all business opportunity information in Sales Force.
 To facilitate the inherent sales process between our customers and ABL’s internal departments.
 To own and manage the product sample process entirely.
 To implement, follow up and report sales promotion activities.


1. Seek Business Opportunities
 To investigate and gather information to detect, select and analize market tendencies, main players and to identify relevant prospects to contact and seek business opportunities.
 To develop a communication plan to contact and approach potential customers.
 Being able to effectively communicate our value added as a brand and our products in a presentation.
 When able to successfully gain market access to participate in a business opportunities, identify the customer’s needs or project needs and generate a medium- and long-term pipeline.
 Register and upload all relevant business opportunities in Sales Force.

 Other Specialists in the market
 Associations and Institutes
 Consortiums
 Big Players in the Commercial/Office and retail segment

Willing to travel with in Mexico Territory. 

Bilingual (preferred).  A Self-starter, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to help the customer and win.   


Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Architect, or similar education.
