What you will do:

Reporting to the Manager HR Shared Services, Acuity Brands is seeking a HR Specialist who will have direct responsibility for the time and attendance system and HCM system customization in Mexico.

How you will contribute:

Management of workforce (time & attendance system) as a Workforce key-user
Management of HCM System (Employee central)
Punches Clocks
Kiosks issues and maintenance
Training to new users on HR systems.
Teamwork with FFM and leaders to ensure the correct time and attendance policy and payment of the people
Reporting

Qualified Applicants will have:

Knowledge in time & attendance systems, workforce, ADP, SAP, Success Factor or similar + 3 years
Knowledge in payroll rules
Knowledge in LFT (desirable)
Intermediate to advance level of English – needed
Microsoft Office
Proactivity
Sense of urgency
Communication Skills
Customer service
Interpersonal relationships at all levels
Service-oriented attitude - must
