Job Summary

Ensure the availability of materials and creation of production schedules.

Create and maintain production plans based on priority orders, aiming for customer satisfaction.

Schedule production using ACP, serving as the point of contact with customers.

Optimize the scheduling of production cells for operational efficiency.    

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand on time. 
Ensures Production Schedule to be produced on time. 
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to production schedules, such as supply chain disruptions, equipment breakdowns, or labor shortages.
Proper reschedule of orders based on production Date.
Commit production schedule dates on time for COR, BOR and Expedite requests in 10 days working days horizon.
Helps to monitor production capacity to ensure that it aligns with Supply Plan. This involves adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes in production volume.
Order Management. Coordinating and prioritizing customer orders, ensuring that they are processed and fulfilled according to scheduled plan. 
Optimize the schedule for cell efficiency.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

Professional degree, preferably in Engineering or Administration.

1 year in similar positions, preferably in the press stamping industry.

Conversational English.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Management System.

Advanced proficiency in Office.

Shop floor work.

Inventory control.

Management of Oracle and ACP.
