Job Summary

 

MPS Lead is in charge of creating a Supply Plan that provides vision of actual and projected customer requirements that enables the company to optimize the resources (Materials and Capacity) to satisfy customer demand as well as support strategic business goals enabling the company to achieve the IBP Supply Plan. 
The Supply Plan created by the MPS Lead is the driver of all detailed material procurement production scheduling and capacity planning. 
MPS Lead actively works with different departments as  main contact for liasion with Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, CX. If potential risks and issues that could impact the Supply Plan Schedule works with the appropriate different departments to develop mitigation plans (ACAP, Sourcing, FF Mgr, Demand Plan, DRP etc) and communicate constraints and risk to the IP Supply Plan. 
Helps to Lead encouraging the IBP Culture. 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

 

  • Create Supply Plan from DRP and Actual Orders
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for and liaison with sales, PVS, manufacturing and CX departments
  •  follow up constrains ( Material / Capacity) 
  • Commit production schedule dates on time for COR, BOR and Expedite requests out of 10 days horizon
  • Customer scalation/interaction
  • Create scenarios for supply challenges  
  • Request level loads in demand
  • Provide Supply plan to Sourcing team to create the Forecat to suppliers 

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  •  
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role 
  • English: Advanced

The range for this position is $660,700.00 to $1,400,600.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
