Facilitates and supports key processes and accountabilities within Human Resources, primarily in the area of Human Resource Information Systems Management. Provides functional and technical expertise to develop and implement technology-related projects. Proposes HRIS features and ensures software products are designed to fulfill organizational needs. Prepares and provides information on US and International employee demographics, trends, and projections to management.
Job Responsibilities
  • Leads HR technology projects including implementation and deployment of systems. Ensures quality, timeliness and proper use of HR information retrieved from systems.
  • Provides product support and remediates product related issues.
  • Prepares US and International employee data reports requested from management and Government reporting agencies.
  • Creates test scenarios and assists project team members in performing tests to insure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
  • Analyzes HR processes and makes recommendations for improvements via the use of technology
  • Develops training and documentation of HR Systems for end users.
  • Assists in the evaluation of new HR systems and technology.
