Job Description

If you want to be on the cutting edge of technology and touch all facets of business, then this is the group for you! This position will expose you to the Acuity product portfolio and business systems. In this position, you will become the product subject matter expert, preparing you for a wide variety of product leadership, sales, and even marketing roles. Your technical and systems expertise will shine as you assist the product teams in launching new innovative products that will transform the lighting industry.

 

As a Product Support Specialist, you will contribute by:

  • Assisting in all aspects of product life cycle management from supporting new product introductions to sustaining existing products 
  • Serving as subject matter expert for assigned products and managing escalations
  • Collaborating with partners in to achieve business objectives
  • Providing timely responses to requests for information, warranty deviations, and product modifications to customers

 

Qualified applicants will have:

  • Technical or Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years experience in project management with deadlines
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Oracle, OMS, and related software
