Help us continue creating an environment where the best people come to do their best work as a Software Engineer where you’ll:

Develop microservices that interact with and data generated by IoT Devices.
Develop supporting microservices that provide REST APIs needed by multiple microservices to operate.
Work closely with the edge teams to enable new IoT twins are created and ingest telemetry.
Work closely with the application team to create new digital twin models, enable virtual sensors, and create new REST APIs to satisfy their use cases.

Develop control mechanisms that will enable our cloud platform to configure and optimize IoT devices
Work to continuously improve existing systems, to reduce operational expenses and meet the growing needs of an at-scale IoT solution.

Education (minimum education required)

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Technology

Experience (minimum experience required)

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3+ years of C# experience.
Experience building RESTful APIs 
Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum. You’ve been on teams that practice Agile, and you understand why it’s beneficial.

Experience with data handling (SQL/LINQ/Entity Framework/KQL, Async data movement) 
Self-motivating, self-directing, and a great communicator (written and oral). You thrive in an environment that grants you a lot of autonomy to explore creative solutions.

Experience working remotely and working with geographically distributed teams
Experience with Azure PaaS services including Azure IoT Hub, Azure Eventhub, Azure Digital Twin, Azure Data Explorer

Experience building IoT Solutions
Experience with Kubernetes
