How you will contribute:

We’re looking for a highly effective, proven GTM Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations organization. Atrius leverages multiple tools and technology to run our SaaS business. The role of the Salesforce Admin supports the sales, marketing, customers success, product, and finance team by owning day to day admin on the technology stack. Primary tools include Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud- CPQ, Commerce Cloud, HVS), SaaS Optics, & DocuSign. This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the Director of Revenue Operations.

You are a rock star project manager with a proven track record of maintaining project timelines and bringing projects to a successful close for delighted customers. You are detail oriented, highly organized, love good systems and processes, and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders. You have great written and oral communication skills that help you collaborate with colleagues and keep customer timelines on track. Ideally, you’re passionate about buildings and corporate sustainability, and are looking to join a highly motivated and collaborative team.
 
You will partner with the business to create and deliver scalable solutions and automate core business processes across all areas in Salesforce.  

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform
  • Monitor new releases & identify opportunities to enhance workflow
  • Monitor critical updates and roll out recommendations in a timely manner
  • Create & manage objects, fields, formulas, page layouts and record types 
  • Implement workflow & validation rules 
  • Maintain user roles, security settings & profiles 
  • Install & configure 3rd party Salesforce applications. 
  • Maintain existing installed apps (DocuSign, FullCircle, Pardot, SaaS Optics, Salesforce Platform: Sales Cloud & Revenue Cloud - CPQ) 
  • Provide day to day end user support & problem resolution 
  • Collaborate with business units (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance) to streamline and optimize business processes 
  • Champion Salesforce and assist in identifying ways to empower company users i.e. training on reporting, creating “how to guides”, etc. 
  • Document current workflows and new processes.
  • Monitor Salesforce Data Quality & provide recommendations to improve.
  • Assist with Report/Dashboard creation
  • Roll out and manage a Salesforce support ticket queue process
  • Work closely with Salesforce DevOps vendor team.
     

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

 

  • 3 + years’ experience with Salesforce administration
  • Experience with SFDC tools like Data Import Wizard, Data Loader
  • 3+ years of experience working with sales and marketing tooling
  • CPQ Admin and Advanced Approvals Experience a plus
  • Experience working with 3rd party Salesforce applications 
  • Knowledge of the quote to cash process
  • Experience creating dynamic reports and dashboards
  • Ability to understand business objectives and the infrastructure that supports it
  • The ideal candidate must be a team player who can also work independently, is organized, detail oriented, and a problem-solver.

  • have experience with systems such as Salesforce CPQ, are a Salesforce Certified Admin, and can be found blazing trails in pursuit of Ranger status on Trailhead
  • are hands-on, curious and love to learn new things
  • are easy to work with – ability to build strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders that have diverse interests
