SEO and Web Analytics Senior Specialist within Marketing:
We are looking for an SEO and Analytics expert to manage all search engine optimization and web performance. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities across all company websites, which includes all on-page, off-page and technical efforts (40-45%). You will also manage all Google Analytics tracking and reporting (55-60%).  Terrific potential for career growth with proven performance!

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Development and management of our SEO strategy and working with the web development team in their implementation across all websites and brand extensions
• Analyzing organic traffic and providing strategies for improvement
• Developing SEO assessments and recommendations and translating them into technical or copy requirements
• Providing SEO guidance in technical areas such as server infrastructure, website structure and page construction
• Reviewing and managing all page tagging, and consistently analyzing changing opportunities and trends in search engine algorithms and important keywords
• Work across the matrix leveraging influence to accomplish goals (the position has no direct reports)
• Experience with Google Suite (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Data Studio), BrightEdge (certification strongly preferred), ScreamingFrog and DeepCrawl
• Management of all website performance and event tracking reports with the ability to make recommendations to improve engagement

Specific Areas of Focus

On-Page, Title Element, Meta Description, H1-H6 Tags, Internal Linking, Content Creation, Technical, Image Optimization, Canonical Strategies, Structured Data, Site Speed, Mobile-Friendliness, Off-Page, Back-Linking Strategies, HTTP Status Codes, Redirects

Experience Required 

A functional understanding of HTML and CSS.
A functional understanding of CMS migrations (familiarity with Sitecore CMS preferred).

Primary Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in a Business discipline or IT
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Less than 10% overnight travel could be required
