Manager--Office & HR Projects Job

The Senior Manager Office & HR Projects will report to the Vice President, HR Operations & Talent Management and support an HR organization of +40 HR team members in their daily activities. The Senior Manager Office & HR Projects is a critical role in the headquarters in Conyers, GA to support the needs of the entire HR team in various administrative tasks, operations management and special projects.

 

What will you do?

 

• Assist the HR team with their day-to-day duties
• Manage the HR front desk and receptionist desk; welcome and assist new associates
• Coordinate meeting requests for candidate interviews. This may include facilitating travel reservation, scheduling and all logistics/ bookings
• Maintain specific tasks in HRIS and be the responsible lead for updating and integrating information on our associate website/ SharePoint
• Assist in preparing presentations by compiling data; assist in developing presentation formats and materials when needed.
• Execute special HR projects and events
• Manage HR distribution lists and communication
• Administrative support for tuition reimbursement process, benefits, shipping, SharePoint, background checks, on & off boarding, standard work and more
• Maintain training and meeting rooms and all HR supplies

 

Which candidate profile are we looking for?

 

• At least five (5) years of experience as Executive Assistant
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint (advanced), Word, Excel, Outlook (advanced), Access and SharePoint
• Proactive approach to solving common administrative problems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage changing priorities
