Job Summary

The Internal Communications Manager will partner with the Supply Chain Organization to help us create an environment where the best people come to do their best work. We are looking for an innovator – with creativity, strategic communication skills, and a passion for helping others tell their stories – who is ready to help us support our associates' experiences and celebrate the many ways our teams make a difference.

This role will collaborate with business partners to develop and deliver communications that resonate and support key operations and business objectives, including long-term goals and projects supporting the associate experience.

This individual will be a key contributor in a fast-paced, complex environment and will serve on teams or projects, leveraging communications expertise to drive key initiatives, focusing on change management, associate engagement, and communications affecting the entire company.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Play a key role in internal content curation and distribution while helping amplify communications across the organization.
  • Partner with the Director of Internal Communications & Change Management on change management strategies and tactics with leaders and associates
  • Establish operating process with operations functions to ensure projects and priorities are effectively communicated and measured.
  • Guide storytelling efforts for HR and operations initiatives by developing compelling campaigns and content.
  • Be a strategic and tactical partner, especially for complicated and sensitive communications affecting the whole company.
  • Manage TEAMS Live Event sessions for operations and Q&A events.
  • Lead global launches, events, and other internal activities, with a keen understanding of cultural impact
  • Create, implement, and oversee communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its internal talent. Creation and development of career recruiting materials, career website management, content development, and corporate videos.
  • Proactively develop communications bulletins, announcements, news stories, plans, or strategies to disseminate key functional initiatives, programs, and events to designated groups of associates to drive adoption, awareness, and engagement. Work with management to ensure communication tone and style are consistent

Education (minimum education required)

Bachelor of Business Administration in Communications

Experience (minimum experience required)

  • 7 to 10 years' experience in a corporate communications function; preferred HR communications or communications agency, communicating with personnel at all levels of the organization.
  • Bilingual (written and oral communications English/Spanish/French)
  • Experience with leading communication campaigns, content editing, and communication channels (web, blog, video, email, etc.).
  • Experience communicating using SAP platforms, email management services, and webinar platforms.
  • Exemplary presentation skills and proficiency in the golden rules of slide creation
  • Excellent project management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Experience communicating through significant culture change within a company.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with associates of all levels and build cross-functional relationships
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders of a company as a trusted partner.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; understanding of how to develop messages for different audiences; proven experience as an effective storyteller.
  • Organized with an attention to detail and an ability to edit communications and manage multiple projects successfully.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing tight deadlines
  • Creative and willing to do what has never been done; joy for bringing people along with change.
  • Experience drafting senior leader and executive communications programs.
  • Ability to tailor communications for varying audiences
