About This Team:
The internal auditor manager is key part of the team responsible for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of operational, financial, and compliance-based internal controls, including performance of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) self-assessments and corporate policy compliance reviews. This role will manage projects to identify opportunities within procedures, systems, processes, and controls providing appropriate remedial action recommendations to business leaders.


How You Will Contribute:
•    Manage and perform audit work, including planning, workpapers, findings, and associated reports; verify the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions.
•    Manage and perform internal audit and SOX self-assessment assignments, review workpapers and audit reports; edit reports prepared by others.
•    Schedule and plan internal audits and SOX self-assessment testing; project plan, assess risks and develop audit and testing methodology.
•    Assist in development of the Company's annual audit and SOX self-assessment plans.
•    Keep abreast of policies and procedures, current developments in accounting and auditing professions, and changes in local, state, and federal laws, as applicable.
•    Participate in the development of talent. 
•    Coordinate and interact with audit firms performing external audits.

•    Ability to manage personnel, time, and other resources.
•    Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
•    Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
•    Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
•    Ability to provide technical guidance and train personnel.
•    Knowledge of financial recordkeeping procedures, laws, regulations, and standards.
•    Ability to motivate, persuade, and influence others.


What You Should Have:
•    Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent and at least 7 years of experience.
•    CPA or CIA preferred.
•    Knowledge of GAAP and SOX standards, rules and regulations, and procedures including auditing concepts and principles.
•    Experience managing projects and personnel.
