Your Mission:  Deliver operational excellence within the accounts receivable group, delivering a world-class customer experience & focused fiscal integrity in a high performing culture.

Position Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyze high volume of complex transactions & determine resolution
  • Review and validate the accuracy of invoices prior to submission; Proactively resolve issues before invoice submission
  • Timely process incoming debit memos by customer to ensure availability during cash applications
  • Process manual transactions driven by customers and sales team
  • Adhere to standard work and seek ways to improve
  • Apply open credits to the related invoices
  • Reconcile and process customer portal account activity
  • Communicate billing discrepancies to the billing lead

Qualifications

 

What you should have:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience analyzing complex data in high volume environment
  • Some college preferred
  • Must have experience using multiple software programs to seek solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
