Position Summary & Location

Deliver operational excellence within the accounts receivable group and learn our systems and processes while delivering timely and accurate results.

This remote position is based in the United States.

Primary Responsibilities Include

Managing AR portfolio by initiating customer calls, generating emails, and reconciling accounts.
Working directly with customers to resolve outstanding balances related to Credit Memos, Unapplied or Mis-applied Payments, and Deductions
Ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
Researching and resolve customer deductions by engaging the appropriate stakeholders to obtain validation of credit.
Ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Corporate Policies
Not letting important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
Manages multiple priorities at a time in a fast-paced environment.
Working with cross-functional teams throughout the business.
structuring and processing qualitative or quantitative data and drawing insightful conclusions from it.
Exhibiting a forward-thinking mindset while achieving penetrating insights.
Researching issues and applying the identified solutions to problems.
Being adaptive and open to change/flexibility within the job.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
3+ years’ experience in credit, collections, and deductions Management.
Proficient analytical & technical skills, including Outlook, Excel, Power BI, and Oracle (trade management and collections tool).
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with both internal and external departments and customers in a positive manner.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a passion to achieve consistent high-quality results.
Inherent desire to proactively enhance the customer’s experience.

The pay range for this position is $32,300 to $72,800. Placement within this range varies, depending on the applicant's experience and location.
