Your Mission:  Deliver operational excellence within the accounts receivable group, delivering a world-class customer experience & focused fiscal integrity in a high performing culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage AR portfolio driven by work queue strategies, including but not limited to initiating customer calls, generating delinquent notices, account adjustments, rebates, and promotional programs, reconciliations and monthly reporting
  • Make recommendation to settle account balances, create alternate payment plans with customers, & assist in bad debt review
  • Assist in training new hires and aid as Go-To for AR Analysts
  • Works directly with customers to resolve payment and other account discrepancies & inquiries
  • Research and resolve unpaid balances, short paid balances, pricing discrepancies, deductions, misapplied payments, unapplied payments and credit memos
  • Assist the cash applications team with proper cash applications to prevent holds and account discrepancies; Initiate feedback on misapplications
  • Leverage internal stakeholders in collection efforts pertaining to researching and resolving to claims and chargebacks
  • Leverage internal stakeholders in collection efforts including resolution of claims and chargebacks
  • Monitor DSOs and payment trends to prevent aged balances; Identify drivers of the aged balances and implement appropriate countermeasures
  • Ensure proper communication of high-risk accounts to internal stakeholders

What you should have:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience with business to business collections, including complex customer account reconciliation.  Experience researching, analyzing data, & developing solutions.
  • Some college preferred
  • Must have experience using multiple software programs to seek solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
