Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Administrator to join our dynamic HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Enterprise  , Employee Document Management , and the enterprise portal. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow environment.


In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow’s HRSD module, a strong technical background, and a deep understanding of HR processes and workflows. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure optimal system performance, user adoption, and continuous improvement of the platform. 
 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform to support HR operations and workflows, working closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions tailored to HR business needs. This includes oversight over ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Document Management, and Employee Center (portal) capabilities, leveraging out of the box capabilities to the fullest extent possible, while meeting business requirements
  • Configure HR service catalog items, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency in HR service delivery
  • Manage and enhance the ServiceNow portal to improve user experience. Configure portal pages, widgets, and themes as needed
  • Develop and manage security, user roles, and permissions in alignment with HR requirements and governance policies
  • Conduct regular system upgrades and patches to ensure that the platform is up to date and secure
  • Create and manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards
  • Monitor system performance and perform proactive maintenance to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow development teams on customizations and improvements
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including knowledge base articles, user guides, and process workflows
  • Ensure the smooth integration of HRSD with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems
  • Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide timely support to HRSD users
  • Provide training and support to HRSD users to ensure optimal use of the platform
  • Stay updated on best practices, new features, and industry trends in ServiceNow HRSD and HR technology.
  • Up to 25% travel 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • Preferred: Computer Science or Information Technology bachelors’ degree
  • Preferred:  ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification
  • At least 5 years of experience in related field
  • Preferred experience:  At least 3 years of Service Now, HRSD or Service Now Platform experience in an enterprise environment

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience administering and supporting ServiceNow HRSD or ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment. Strong understanding of user roles, permissions, and data security within ServiceNow
  • Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions) and using ServiceNow Studio. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
  • Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
  • Experience with other HR software platforms and applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with HR teams to develop workflows and optimize HR service processes
  • Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, including Service Catalog, HR Case Management, and Knowledge Management
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, HR service delivery best practices, and the HRSD lifecycle
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, with attention to detail
  • Strong project management and organizational skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies

The range for this position is $64,300.00 to $115,700.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
