Material Planner

Job Summary

As a Indirect Materials Planner at our company, will be responsible for executing requisitions orders for indirect materials, services and general operating supplies from demand (requisition) through delivery. Using a clear understanding of financial impact and business accounting as it pertains to purchasing, maintain communication with suppliers and internal customers.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Responsible for submitting the Indirect material requisitions based on consumables Facilities needs.
• Responsible of interpreting the Consumables Facilities indirect material requests. Analyzing data related to material usage, inventory levels.
• Work with Users and Finance Controller to accomplish Monthly Budget threshold.
• Maintain the Indirect MRP /KB Items within the SS required. 
• Ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders with the supplier.
• Maintain the Kanban Loops Updated using Std Deviation Kanban Formula.
• Add or Remove Material from stock based on Consumption.
• Quotation for Indirect Materials on New Parts.
• Installed Rack Capacity administration on Tool Crib
