Your Healthcare
Acuity Brands offers healthcare plans through United Healthcare. Plans do not have any co-payments and a deductible and coinsurance apply to all covered services. All preventative care is covered at 100%.
Coverage is available if you enroll in a United Healthcare plan offered by Acuity Brands through Express Scripts.
Acuity Brands offers dental plans through MetLife which covers preventive care, basic and major services as well as orthodontia for adults and children (depending on plan).
Vision coverage is offered by Eyemed which covers eye exams yearly, frames every two years and lenses or contact lenses every year.
Your Financial Security
Company paid benefit; Acuity Brands provides 2x your annual salary in Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Supplemental Life and AD&D are available to you, your spouse or children. You can also elect additional AD&D coverage for yourself and your eligible dependents through the Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment program.
Company paid benefit; Acuity Brands provides you with 100% Short Term Disability (STD) coverage for up to 13 weeks.
Company provides 40% of your annual base pay at no cost to you. You have the option to elect an additional 20% coverage if desired.
