The Women's Network's mission is to Empower, Embrace, and Encourage women in all functions to enhance the diversity of ideas and approaches which drive business growth and improved financial results. Groups within the Women’s Network include a Book Club, Networking Links, and an Industry Engagement group for Women Engineers and Women in Technology.
Minorities
M.A.G.I.C. (Minorities Amplifying Growth Inclusion and Community) aims to recruit, retain and promote top talent within the organization. The main goal of this program will be to reduce micro-inequities and provide networking and support for all minority employees across Acuity Brands. This resource group offers an organic growth structure and roadmap for our employees seeking growth and development.
