Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic finance leader to support our United States Manufacturing Facilities. This individual is a key partner to manufacturing leaders to help teach financial acumen and drive operational and financial performance for the US sites. Responsibilities include month end close, financial reporting and analysis, and regular partnering with plant operations to drive success. This is an on-site position.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Educate plant leadership team on impact of operational decisions and the impact on financial results
Respond timely and thoughtfully to ad hoc financial requests
Prepare and review operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements along with deep analytics of plant performance
Participate in daily stand up meetings driving production and monthly operational meetings
Oversee the monthly financial close process for the plant, including account reconciliations

Education (minimum education required)

Bachelor of Science

Preferred Education (i.e. type of degree)

Master of Business Administration

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

5 years of experience in finance
Strong Excel skills for financial modeling are a must
Desire to be in the plant/on the manufacturing floor on a daily basis
Conceptual understanding of US GAAP
Ability to work cross functionally and an ability to influence at all levels within the organization
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Highly motivated, self-aware, collaborative, and responsive
Good communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way

Preferred Skills and Experience

Certified Public Accountant
3+ years of experience in manufacturing
